§ 1A-113. Requirement to report.

A. The Treasurer shall report all grants awarding nontribal funds to the Clerk of the Osage Nation Congress within ten (10) days of receipt.
B. The Treasurer shall provide a monthly accounting of expenditures of nontribal funds to the Osage Nation Congress. ONCA 19-57, eff. June 28, 2019.
