A. Each existing Executive Branch entity or any entity authorized hereafter within the Executive Branch is authorized to act consistent with the mission and priorities of its assigned division.

B. Each Executive Branch entity shall be assigned to a division for the purposes of budgeting and to promote administrative and spending efficiency, unless exempted from a division pursuant to paragraph (D) of this section or by Act of the Osage Nation Congress.

C. Unless exempted, entities may only operate as part of an Osage Nation division and utilize division funding upon appropriation law that lists the entities as part of a division.

D. The following Executive Branch entities are specifically exempt from being placed in a division:

1. Office of the Chiefs; and

2. All Executive Branch entities with members comprised of exempt appointed officials pursuant to Section 3-104(B) of Title 19. ONCA 14-47, eff. Aug. 4, 2014; ONCA 14-57, eff. Sept. 3, 2014.
