A. All division personnel shall be hired in accordance with Osage law and the approved Osage Nation Human Resources Policies and Procedures.

B. No position shall be filled unless and until funds are appropriated to the division for compensation.

C. The Health, Fitness and Wellness Division shall be managed by a division leader who will work with the Osage Nation Health Authority Board in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Osage Nation’s health services pursuant to Osage law.
