§ 2-102. Establishment of Office of the Secretary of the Nation.

A. The Office of the Secretary of the Nation is hereby established within the Executive Branch of the Osage Nation.
B. The head of the Office of the Secretary of the Nation shall be the Secretary of the Nation.
C. The Secretary of the Nation shall be required to take an oath to uphold the Constitution of the Osage Nation. ONCA 11-54, eff. June 12, 2011.
