A. The Secretary of the Nation shall:

1. Have the ability to be bonded;

2. Have no previous felony convictions and be in good standing with all accredited institutions associated with his or her field of study and profession.

3. Have no previous misdemeanor convictions where the underlying acts involve moral turpitude. Moral turpitude is conduct that is considered contrary to community standards of justice, honesty, or good morals. ONCA 11-54, eff. June 12, 2011.
