A. Notice thereof shall be given by print and/or digital publication in one newspaper of general circulation and published in the Osage Reservation or in the county where the majority of the work will be done, such notice of publication to be published in two consecutive weekly issues of said newspaper, with the first publication thereof to be at least twenty (20) days prior to the date set for opening bids; and

B. Notice thereof shall be made available to trade or construction publications for their use and information; provided, however, that this section shall not be construed as requiring the publication of said notice in such trade or construction publication.
