§ 2-411. Opening of bids.
A. All bids shall be sealed and opened only in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, at the time and place determined by Tribal Development, as stated in the bidding documents, and read aloud in the presence of the Procurement Officer and a representative of Tribal Development. Such bid opening shall be open to the public and to all bidders and public notice shall have been posted seventy-two (72) hours in advance of bid opening.
B. Notice of the bid opening shall also be sent directly to the Osage Nation Congress and the Office of Fiscal and Performance Review seventy-two (72) hours in advance and shall contain the following information:
1. Date, time and place of the bid opening; and
