§ 2-425. Competitive bidding process administered in Pawhuska.

The Procurement Officer, as representative of the Treasurer, shall administer all processes required of the Procurement Officer under this Act at the Treasurer’s Office in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, except when this Act directs otherwise. ONCA 16-06, eff. Dec. 22, 2015.
