The Treasurer of the Osage Nation shall prescribe the accounting procedure to be followed to pay costs and payments to contractors on contracts. The Treasurer of the Osage Nation is directed to promulgate the necessary procedures to provide accountability for Osage Nation tribal funds and funds furnished by an agency of the State of Oklahoma, United States government or any other source.
