§ 2-504. Violations.
This section is included in your selections.
A. Funds shall not to be encumbered strictly for the purpose of avoiding the reversion of funds back to the Treasury Department.
B. Any encumbered funds not reported within the time stated in Section 2-503 of this Title shall be subject to reversion back to the general fund of the Treasury at the discretion of the Osage Nation Congress. ONCA 08-32, eff. Sept. 9, 2008.
