This statute is intended to govern the actions and decisions of administrative agencies of the Osage Nation, including rulemaking activities, to ensure compliance with basic principles of due process of law and fundamental fairness in the affairs of the Nation. ONCA 09-73, eff. Oct. 1, 2009.
