§ 20-105. Restrictions on expenditures from the matching grant fund.

The Osage Nation may not borrow or appropriate funds from the Matching Grant Fund except for expenditure on approved matching grants, except to terminate the fund and return the balance of monies in the fund to the general fund in the Treasury. ONCA 15-50, eff. Apr. 24, 2015.
