§ 2-601. Definitions.
This section is included in your selections.
For the purposes of this Act, the following definitions apply:
A. “Congress” means the Osage Nation Congress unless otherwise expressed.
B. “Departments and programs” means any public government office or entity of the Osage Nation, which is not limited to any one branch of the government.
C. “Executive Branch” means the Osage Nation Executive Branch. ONCA 09-68, eff. Oct. 10, 2009.
