§ 3-103. Definitions.
This section is included in your selections.
As used in this Act:
A. “Attorney General” is the official charged with fulfilling the purposes of this Act.
B. “Congress” means the Osage Nation Congress.
C. “Executive” means the Executive Branch of the Osage Nation.
D. “Office of the Attorney General” is an independent office of the Osage Nation.
E. “Osage courts” includes all inferior courts, Trial and Supreme Courts within the jurisdiction of the Osage Nation.
F. “State court” includes all district, administrative and appeals courts within the jurisdiction of a state of the United States of America.
G. “U.S. courts” includes all district, administrative and appeals courts within the jurisdiction of the United States of America. ONCA 10-84, eff. Dec. 26, 2010.
