§ 3-105. Office of the Attorney General.

A. The Office of the Attorney General shall consist of the Attorney General and other subordinate positions as may from time to time be budgeted by the office of the Attorney General of the Osage Nation and authorized and appropriated by Congress.
B. All other personnel shall be hired and compensated pursuant to the Osage Nation personnel policies and procedures. ONCA 10-84, eff. Dec. 26, 2010.
