A. The Attorney General and subordinate staff have an independent responsibility to enforce provisions of the Osage Nation Code as specified under this chapter.

B. No employees, including Executive Branch personnel or members of the Osage Nation Congress, shall intercede or interfere, or attempt to intercede or interfere in the legal functions of the Office of the Attorney General.

C. All inquiries concerning the status of a particular case shall be in writing and all responses to status inquiries shall be returned in writing. The Attorney General is not required to include confidential or privileged information in responses. ONCA 10-84, eff. Dec. 26, 2010.
