The Office of the Attorney General shall establish a central records keeping system. The system shall at a minimum include all legal pleadings to which the Osage Nation is a party, the date of the action filed, the prosecutor to whom the case is assigned, case status, presiding judge, previous criminal history, title of investigation, whether or not case is sealed, and case disposition. To the extent that some information is considered confidential, that information shall only be disclosed in accordance with the provisions for disclosure of protected records in the Open Records Act.1 ONCA 10-84, eff.
