§ 7-103. Purposes.

The purpose of this Act is to:
A. Ensure the Nation’s governmental business is conducted in an open and public manner.
B. Inform the constituency of the affairs of the Nation, their elected government officials, and the governmental systems created by the people of the Osage Nation. ONCA 07-53, eff. Dec. 4, 2007.
