A. Each government entity may adopt policies applicable throughout its jurisdiction relating to information practices including access, denials, segregation, and appeals.

B. Each set of policies shall establish access criteria and procedures for requests to inspect or obtain records of the government entity;

C. All policies adopted under this section shall conform to this Act. ONCA 10-05, eff. Dec. 26, 2009.
