Any provisions of this Act which are inconsistent with or contrary to the provisions of Osage Nation laws shall supersede, and the provisions of this Act shall prevail. Where not inconsistent, the provisions of this Act shall apply in conjunction with the provisions of other Osage Nation laws. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Act and applicable federal statutory laws and regulations, the provisions of the federal law shall apply. ONCA 10-05, eff. Dec. 26, 2009.
