A. The Osage Nation Congress will review the annual plan at the first regularly scheduled session of each fiscal year. Approval of all or part of the annual plan by resolution of the Osage Nation Congress shall constitute authorization of all Board actions so authorized in the annual plan without further legislative action by the Osage Nation Congress.

B. If a resolution approving the annual plan and budget contained therein has not been approved by the Osage Nation Congress and signed by the Principal Chief by the end of the fiscal year, the previously approved annual plan and budget contained therein shall remain in effect until the Osage Nation Congress approves a new annual plan.

C. The annual plan shall constitute confidential proprietary information of the Osage Nation, the disclosure of which would harm the interests of the Osage Nation. A violation of any provision contained in this chapter may be grounds for immediate termination of employment of an Osage Nation or Enterprise employee or the rescission of any contract with any contractor or vendor.
