A. Upon registration of a guardianship or protective order from another state, the guardian may exercise in the Osage Nation all powers authorized in the order of appointment except as prohibited under the laws of the Osage Nation, including maintaining actions and proceedings in the Osage Nation and, if the guardian is not a resident of the Osage Nation, subject to any conditions imposed upon nonresident parties.

B. The Osage Nation Trial Court may grant any relief available under this Act and other law of the Osage Nation to enforce a registered order. ONCA 13-34, eff. Apr. 19, 2013.
