§ 6-184. Application of Act.

A. This Act applies to guardianship and protective proceedings begun on or after the effective date of this Act.
B. Parts 1, 3, and 4 and 16 ONC §§ 6-185 and 6-186 apply to proceedings begun before the effective date of this Act, regardless of whether a guardianship or protective order has been issued. ONCA 13-34, eff. Apr. 19, 2013.
