Any person or official violating the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail of up to one year, or both such fine and imprisonment. ONCA 13-34, eff. Apr. 19, 2013.
