§ 6-193. Preservation of bonds; breach of condition; actions on bonds.

Every bond given by a guardian must be filed and preserved in the office of the Trial Court Clerk, and in case of a breach of a condition thereof, may be prosecuted for the use and benefit of the ward or of any person interested in the person or estate of the ward. ONCA 13-34, eff. Apr. 19, 2013.
