A. If there are two guardians who are residents of the Osage Nation, the act of one alone shall be effectual:

1. If a co-guardian is laboring under any legal disability from serving, said co-guardian in such case shall be relieved from official liability; provided however, proper finding and valid order of the Court having jurisdiction therein is first obtained; or

2. If a co-guardian has given the other co-guardian authority in writing to act for both.

B. If there are more than two guardians, the act of a majority of them is valid. ONCA 13-34, eff. Apr. 19, 2013.
