When the guardian and ward are both nonresidents, and the ward is entitled to property located within the Osage Nation which may be removed to another tribe, state, territory or foreign country without conflict with any restriction or limitation thereupon, or impairing the right of the ward thereto, such property may be removed to the tribe, state, territory or foreign country of the residence of the ward, upon the application of the guardian to the Judge of the Trial Court.
