A. The Osage Nation Congress finds it is in the interest of the Osage Nation to provide health services at a location to accommodate the growing health care needs of the Nation.

B. The purpose of this bill is to establish a fund to support the construction of a health care clinic for the benefit of the Osage people at-large. ONCA 17-46, eff. Oct. 4, 2017.
