Except by mutual consent of the parties, no landlord may compel a tenant to vacate any premises in a forceful fashion or way which causes a breach of the peace without giving a notice to quit, and obtaining a Court order as provided in this Title. ONCA 11-41, eff. Apr. 12, 2011.
