Foreclosure evictions shall be handled according to the general eviction process set forth in Chapter 3 of this Title, with the added provision that foreclosure eviction proceedings shall not occur until after the borrower/mortgagor, lessee, or occupier has received thirty (30) calendar days’ notice, and remains in possession of the property contrary to the terms of the notice.
