The purpose of this Title is to regulate and provide for the rentals and leases of real property owned by the Osage Nation to other parties. The scope hereof shall extend to any and all Nation property which the Osage Nation Congress may elect to rent or lease to others. The further purpose of this Title is to comply with the provisions of 25 CFR 1.100(e) to enable the Nation to lawfully enforce the provisions of rental agreements and leases and the provisions of this Title. The provisions hereof shall not apply to the three traditional Indian Villages at Pawhuska, Grayhorse, or Hominy. The provisions of 25 CFR 91.1 et seq. shall govern permits and occupancies at those Villages. ONCA 11-41, eff. Apr. 12, 2011.
