Individuals or entities to whom such Osage Nation property is rented or leased, whether on a month-to-month or other basis, shall have the right to occupancy of such property pursuant only to the terms of written agreements and shall have no right of further occupancy whatsoever should the Osage Nation Congress or any of its delegatees determine that such an occupancy should terminate, unless the terms of such written agreements otherwise provide.
