In proper cases the Court may order a tenant to vacate the premises on or before a day certain, to be in no event more than ten (10) days next following the Court’s finding that a tenant should be evicted. In proper cases the Court may authorize and order the Nation police to go upon the property, load, and transport a tenant’s belongings to the right-of-way of a public road in Osage County, Oklahoma, or elsewhere, and/or to forcibly restrain the tenant from any further entry upon the property.
