The Court may award money judgments to the Osage Nation for any sums due the Osage Nation by a tenant and may in addition, award the Osage Nation a judgment for costs of the action and attorney’s fees incurred by the Osage Nation in bringing such an action. Judgments may be enforced by attachment, garnishment, and/or execution utilizing such procedures as the Court may elect to authorize, including the procedures set forth by Oklahoma or federal law for such purposes, as the Court may determine.
