§ 1-102. Findings and purposes.

A. The Osage Nation Congress finds that the past and present employment policy of the Osage Nation have not required members of the Osage Nation as priority for employment with the Osage Nation, its enterprises, boards, or commissions.
B. The Osage Nation Congress further finds that a preference in employment with the Osage Nation, its entities, enterprises, boards, instrumentalities, or commissions may benefit members of the Osage Nation. ONCA 11-30, eff. Mar. 29, 2011.
