A. The Executive Branch of the Osage Nation, through the Human Resources Department, shall be responsible for monitoring compliance of this law in conjunction with the Attorney General of the Osage Nation and the Osage Nation Congress.

B. Any violation of this law shall be referred to the Osage Nation Attorney General who may bring a civil action in the Osage Nation Trial Court requesting a civil fine against any person(s) or entity(ies) which the Attorney General believes has not followed Osage preference in employment.

C. A violation of Osage preference in employment shall result in employment disciplinary action and a civil fine up to Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). ONCA 11-30, eff. Mar. 29, 2011; ONCA 11-105, eff. Oct. 5, 2011.
