§ 3-104. Merit employees.
This section is included in your selections.
A. All full-time and part-time employees of the Osage Nation shall be merited employees, including those with employment contracts.
B. Employees of the Wah-Zha-Zhi Health Center shall be merited employees, including those with employment contracts.
C. Elected officials, Executive Branch-appointed staff, appointments, and independent contractors are not under the merit system.
D. This Act shall not apply to business entities owned by the Osage Nation. ONCA 20-24, eff. Apr. 27, 2020.
