The Osage Nation Human Resources Department is hereby authorized to implement merit employment, and to develop, adopt, publish and post to the Osage Nation website policies and procedures consistent with this Act governing Osage Nation merit employment. ONCA 20-24, eff. Apr. 27, 2020.
