A. To protect the rights of the employees of the Osage Nation, the Human Resources Department shall develop, implement and publish policies and procedures to afford due process. Due process shall include:

1. Clear written expectations of performance standards, and consequences of failure;

2. Consistent application of personnel policies and procedures;

3. Notice of disciplinary action; and

4. Opportunity for the employee to receive notice of, respond to and defend against discipline in an objective forum. ONCA 20-24, eff. Apr. 27, 2020.
