Nothing herein shall be deemed to be an acknowledgment of jurisdiction of a court or a waiver of sovereign immunity in any proceeding in any state, tribe, the United States or any other jurisdiction. Provided further, the sovereign immunity of the Osage Nation or other employers shall not be raised as a defense when a claim is brought properly under the provisions of this Act. ONCA 12-76, eff.
