§ 4-202. Payment and distribution of benefits.

The Administrator shall administer this Act in accordance with the terms and conditions described herein, and remit payment for all benefits as provided in this Act. Further, the Administrator shall have the authority to determine the distribution of benefits checks. ONCA 12-76, eff. Oct. 1, 2012.
