Benefits received under this Act are not assignable, except that a legal beneficiary may assign the right to death benefits. Income from death benefits are subject only to the following liens or judgments, to the extent of any income or death benefits that are unpaid on the date the Administrator receives written notice of a lien or judgment, in the following order of priority:

A. Court-ordered child support issued or recognized by the Osage Nation Tribal Court;

B. A subrogation interest established under this Act; and

C. Debts owed to the Nation. ONCA 12-76, eff. Oct. 1, 2012.
