A. “Consulting services” means services provided by individuals or companies with expertise in a designated field providing a temporary function specific to the business, government or human resources needs of the Osage Nation.

B. “Osage Nation” means the departments, programs, branches, independent departments and agencies, boards, commissions, the gaming enterprise and the government wholly owned limited liability companies.

C. “Professional services” means services provided by accountants, attorneys, architects, engineers, actuaries, appraisers, lobbyists, public affairs strategists, or other individuals providing a technical or unique function and whose career is the rendering of such services.

D. “Service vendor” means an individual or company that provides equipment, food, supplies or nonprofessional services on an ongoing basis to the Osage Nation. ONCA 15-51, eff. Apr. 24, 2015.
