A. The Osage Nation shall limit all employment contracts, contracts for professional services and contracts for consulting services to a term of three years. When stated in the original contract, a contract may extend past the three-year period limitation on a month-to-month basis under the remaining original terms, and may be terminated according to the terms of the contract or by either party with sixty (60) days written notice to other party. If the original terms of the contract are based on annual calculations, then they shall be prorated to a monthly calculation upon the expiration date of the original contract term.

B. Service vendor contracts and U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a) contracts are exempt from this Act. ONCA 15-51, eff. Apr. 24, 2015.
