A. Female employees are eligible for twelve (12) weeks of paid maternity leave upon giving birth to one or more children, and three of those weeks may be applied prior to giving birth.

B. Male employees are eligible for eight weeks of paid paternity leave after the birth of a child to which they are the father. ONCA 23-92, eff. Sept. 22, 2023.
