A willful violation of any provision of an order of the Court issued under the provisions of this Title shall constitute indirect contempt of Court and shall be punishable as such. Punishment for any such act of contempt shall be civil or criminal in nature, at the discretion of the Court. Such punishment, if civil, shall not exceed a fine of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Such punishment, if criminal, shall not exceed a fine of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) or imprisonment in the Tribal Jail for not more than thirty (30) days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
