When the Court finds that the allegations of the petition are supported by a preponderance of the evidence, the Court shall sustain the petition and make an order of adjudication setting forth the child to be a deprived child and making the child a ward of the Court. In cases concerning a deprived child, evidence that child abuse or nonaccidental injury has occurred shall constitute prima facie evidence that such child is deprived and such evidence shall be sufficient to support an adjudication under this section.
