A. In the order appointing the guardian of a minor, the Court shall set the date for the initial review hearing, which shall not be more than two months following the date of entry of the order appointing such guardian.

B. When any person is appointed guardian of a minor, the Court may include in the order of appointment conditions not otherwise obligatory providing for the care, treatment, education and welfare of the minor.
