A. The purpose of the Osage Nation Child Support Code is to provide child support laws and guidelines for the Osage Nation. The child support guidelines provided herein shall be used by the Osage Nation in judicial and administrative proceedings which provides for the establishment, modification and enforcement of a child support order.
