A. Indian Health Services shall be considered adequate health care coverage for child(ren) of a child support action.

B. Private health care insurance may be provided in addition to or in lieu of Indian Health Services by a noncustodial or a custodial parent of a child support action upon an agreement of the parties and shall be computed in accordance with the child support guidelines under this chapter.

C. Each party shall be responsible for their percentage of out-of-pocket expenses. ONCA 12-51, eff. June 18, 2012.
